From garden to table

At Bonneblond, every meal is shaped by what the season and the land offer us. What we eat comes from our vegetable garden and food forest, where we work with patience and respect for nature. Our gardens are a source of natural ingredients for the kitchen. From breakfast to dinner, from lunch to drinks, everything we serve is fresh, local, and nutritious.

Each dish, big or small, tells the story of our seasonal wisdom. Herbal teas from the garden, tomatoes bursting with flavor, or a rich soup made with vegetables straight from the garden. Fresh herbs and edible plants are carefully picked for your meals. The eggs from our chickens and salads with edible flowers from the garden bring us into direct connection with nature. For yoga, we also gather fragrant herbs from the garden to create the perfect setting and enrich the sessions.

Our daily table d'hôte offers a changing, seasonal experience in which we pay tribute to the Auvergne. What we don’t grow ourselves comes from local producers, such as freshly baked bread and sweet honey from the region.

Enjoy your meal in our brasserie, where the open kitchen invites you to witness the creation of each dish. In the morning, you can enjoy breakfast in our courtyard, surrounded by the tranquility of the land. Or stop by for a drink at the bar or on the back terrace, where you can relax with a drink in hand while watching the sunset and the children playing in the grass. For special moments, such as weddings, we create a unique fine dining experience in the heart of the forest.

Each week, we serve a three-course menu, including salads and bread, and who knows, maybe an amazing dessert!
