Terms and Conditions of Domaine Bonneblond

These terms and conditions apply to the use of the website and bookings at Domaine Bonneblond, located in Central France, for stays at our glamping site.

1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Domaine Bonneblond, as well as the use of the website and all bookings made through the website.
1.2 By making a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking a Glamping Stay

2.1 You can book a stay through our website. The booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us and payment has been made.
2.2 You must book at least 2 days in advance. For last-minute bookings, please contact us for availability.

3. Payments and Cancellations

3.1 Payments can be made via the payment methods provided by us. Full payment must be made within 7 days of booking, unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the booking cost will be refunded. For cancellations made later or in case of a no-show, the full amount will be charged.
3.3 In case of no-show or early departure, the full cost of the stay will be charged.

4. Responsibility of the Guest

4.1 Guest rules

Guests are responsible for complying with the house rules and for any damage caused to the accommodation or property of Domaine Bonneblond during their stay.

4.2 Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodations unless stated otherwise. Please respect all safety rules and local regulations.

4.3 Nature and grounds (forest)
Domaine Bonneblond is located in a natural environment that includes woodland areas. We make every effort to maintain the grounds as safely as possible. This includes regular maintenance, such as the selective removal of old, diseased, or potentially hazardous trees and the clearing of dangerous branches.

This maintenance is carried out annually with care and consideration.

Despite these efforts, a natural environment remains subject to unpredictable conditions such as weather and natural wear. Access to the forest and other natural areas of the property is therefore at the guest’s own risk.

4.4 Swimming pool, lake and playground
Use of the swimming pool, lake and playground at Domaine Bonneblond is entirely at the guest’s own risk. There is no permanent supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible at all times for supervising minors.

Guests should be aware of potential risks, such as varying water depths, slippery surfaces and natural conditions.

5. Arrival and Departure

5.1 Check-in time is from 16:00, and check-out time is no later than 10:00 on the departure day. We request that you respect these times to allow cleaning and preparation for new guests.
5.2 In case of a late arrival, please inform us in advance so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

6. Complaints and Disputes

6.1 If you have a complaint about your stay, we request that you inform us immediately so we have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
6.2 Disputes arising from this agreement may be submitted to the competent court in Saint-Désiré, France.

7. Force Majeure

7.1 In case of force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances that make the stay impossible, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or make changes.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

9.1 Domaine Bonneblond reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We recommend that you regularly review these terms.
